Subscriptions and what they include
One subscription covers two screens
Each subscription includes one bump screen AND one pass screen. A pass screen is not charged separately.
Your plan displays as “1 x Bump / Pass”, “3 x Bump / Pass” and so on. Three subscriptions means three bump screens and three pass screens.
Bump screen vs pass screen
Both behave identically. The difference is what they are for:
- Bump screen — where the section works. Tap an item to bump it, or clear the whole docket.
- Pass screen — where the plate goes out. When the kitchen bumps an item on the bump screen, it ticks off on the pass screen. Think of it as the paper docket you’d normally put down at the pass with the food, so front-of-house staff know where to take it.
Changing how many subscriptions you have
- Sites → Settings on your site row. Settings sits at the right-hand end of the row.
- Under Bump Screen Subscription Plan, click Edit Plan.
- The Gateway opens. Click Edit Plan again, choose how many subscriptions you need, then Save.
- Logout and return to the app.
Set the subscription count before adding devices — devices cannot be added until the subscription covers them.
Card details
Card details sit on the same Site Setting page under Card Details, via Edit Setting.
